The Skillman Foundation and The Parade Company today announced the winner and five honorable mention float designs chosen from middle school entries in Detroit. The Parade Company created a float from the winning student's drawing, and the student and her family will ride down Woodward Avenue on the float next week in America's Thanksgiving Parade presented by Art Van.
